My order #ORD123456 was supposed to be delivered yesterday but I haven't received it yet. Can you please check the status?

I tried to place an order but the payment failed. However, the amount has been deducted from my account. Order reference: ORD123455.

Product Quality Issue

I received my order of Himalaya Face Wash (Order #ORD123454) but 2 out of the 5 bottles are damaged. The seals are broken and the product is leaking.
I'm sorry to hear about the damaged products. We take product quality very seriously. I've initiated a replacement for the 2 damaged bottles. Our delivery partner will contact you to collect the damaged items and deliver the replacements. You should receive them within 3-4 business days.
